Sensing that he was still unsure, Banner wordlessly slid down on her stomach from her previous sitting position.  This only served to make her much smaller in the company of the tall Ghost, but she didn't feel uncomfortable.  She was in her home, in her space within her home, and had invited him here to keep her company.  She felt at ease and in conrol of herself.  Not entirely, of course, for the anger-prone female couldn't possibly picture herself with perfect control.  It was a start, though.

Again, she chose not to respond to his comment.  She wanted to - desperately! - but the right words weren't coming to mind and she didn't dare attempt to roll anyting off her tongue without pre-approval from her thoughts.  Banner again offered him another kind smile instead.  Was it just her, or was she smiling a lot?  "Rest?" she asked, her voice coming out smaller than she'd expected.  It was almost timid, which she didn't entirely understand becuase timid wasn't what she felt.  Clearing her throat, Banner watched him with an unreadable expression on her dark brown features.  Whatever was left of her mind dictated that manners were still important and even though she wanted to laugh and tell Ghost to lay down, but she couldn't let it out that way.  He wasn't a child and didn't need to be commanded by the likes of her.

"You'd do that..?" she asked about the feathers.  ".. for me?"  Again, words unsaid becuase how could she possibly say them?  Implications could get in the way and that might make life complicated.  Ugh, she was so terrible at this.  Her plush tail thumped against the ground once to break up her silence.  Banner was clearly pleased that he'd bring feathers.  For her.
