"grats, dude," the Gamma murmured, trying to muster a genuine smile. 

"i ... i just haven't gotten over losing the girls," Cas sighed, matching his pace with that of the palefurred male. "i want to believe they're okay, but i'm pissed with myself for not being there to stp that piece of shit from taking them. and ... my family is falling apart," he added coldly.
