Aspen's ears twitched and she nodded in agreement as Nico called out the grotto's alphas bullshit. Tis true. Part of her wondered if the pack was still around or if the Seer who's name she hadn't bothered to learn or remember was even still there and as bossy as before. If she wasn't was Reek still brainwashed. Perhaps someday she would journey there and find out. Though, she was sure her company would not be welcomed.

Aspen's thoughts trailed back to the current discussion with Nico and she hummed as he mentioned that they had come along way. "Yeah, we truly have, but you know what, It's all been worth it. If nothing in my life had happened the way it had, things would not have been the same, I might never have met Charley, or any of you guys for that fact. I don't regret anything. if anything, I've learned from all the misfortunes in my life and changed things for the better," Aspen stated as she padded up through the last few trees.

It seems the afternoon had gone by faster than she thought it would. Company never hurt. "It seems we are almost out of sunlight, and done this patrol, I don't know about you but I might head back to my den and rest," the queen stated with a small yawn after.
