Her features brightened significantly as her mother granted her permission. Tip-toeing forward, Kaori looked at the flower with a heightened sense of interest, her eyes shining as she observed it. Soon enough, when her curiosity grew, she reached towards the plant to prod at it with a delicate paw, just to see what would happen if she did this.
The end result was anticlimactic and despite the lack of thrill, Kaori turned from the plant and towards her mother with a giggle and dancing eyes. She was tickled pink by this plant and hoped that her mother shared the same sentiments.
