Normally, Elwood would have noticed the change in Shrike's tone and expression at the mention of Allure. He didn't quite catch the subtle shift in his friend's face, however, and instead focused on the question pertaining to Finley and Eljay. "Finley's not back yet. Eljay's not coping with it very well," he replied bluntly. "But we're hanging in there."
