Only after having been roused awake had Eros noticed that they were no longer alone, the presences of the two other strangers having made his fur stand on end. When prompted to do so, the boy scuttled off to hide himself behind a nearby rock, which he'd then peeked around in an attempt to spot the other wolves; his attempts had been without results, fear having forced him to take cover once again before the man or woman could be seen.
