Her hearing began to improve ever so slightly. She was still barely able to make out any words, but the woman caught the occasional one or two. Skylaris' eyes flashed with gratitude and she felt a small surge of relief when the other wolfess said something about 'going herrrss' (she assumed the word had been herbs). It seemed she had guessed correct as the stranger came back with a mouthful of various materials and a herb? The dove's vision was blurry so it was difficult to make out the various shapes around her.

Her thoughts were broken as a sharp pain sliced through her body. She did, however, remain as still as she could because she knew that the stranger was helping her. Hang in there, Sky. Just a little longer. Great, now she was talking to herself.

The pain continued for a harsh few minutes but it calmed slightly and she noticed the other figure move back.
