Osprey did go with her, in a sense; she jogged after the wolf's retreating form, stalking her like prey. The pup remained oddly silent as she crept, pausing when the other wolf turned around to look at her. She didn't know why she was doing it, she just felt a strange impulse to keep tabs on the foul-mouthed stranger.

Meanwhile, neither of the two noticed the Alpha male stalking them both, as he was doing a much better job at it than his young daughter.
