Ever since meeting the girl of the group she called Teaghlaigh, Indie had been taking her potential as a scout more seriously. The starlet already had the restless paws and freewheeling demeanor to suit. The fact that her internment upon the Blackwater Isles [of course, she was the most willing of prisoners] was made so resolute by the fluctuations of the tide spurred Indie to take many of her chances to depart the cloisters and explore the surrounding coast. The beaches were something of a treasure box for her; she never failed to find something thrilling and bright to enthrall her — but this was no different than any place in the world the vaudevillian may find herself, as Indie seemed to attract a myriad interesting characters, intriguing situations and creatures of the night.

That day, she found two wolves. What a treat!

The dark woman sashayed up to the two, a man and the women. Feeling the situation, Indie deducted that neither knew each other. Indie flashed a grin at the women and she rounded the two, but notably refrained from offering the brute such formality. It seemed the Nereides’ attitude towards males had had been rubbing off on her, after all. “You would sooner be dashed upon the rocks” Indie called out as she moved closer. When she was indeed closer, Indie continued sotto voce. “I do not suggest tempting such a fate”
