The pale woman's sharp words pierced the air like a serpant's fangs, causing Brunhilde to abruptly halt and toss the wolf an uninterested glance over her shoulder. Her murky brown eyes slowly looked the stranger up and down, noticing her barred fangs, wrinkled muzzle, raised hackles, and every other sign of aggresion in her body language, not to mention the angered tone she had suddenly taken up. In response, the bulky female only arched her brows quizically, as if silently asking "are you done?".
Fear didn't even begin to take root in her brain, as she wasn't inimidated by the seemingly weaker wolf one bit. She knew her strength, knew her skill, knew how to throw her weight around, and if this stranger really decided to get aggressive, all she'd have to do was body check her one good time and it would send the other tumbling to the ground. At least, in Brun's mind it was that simple. Underestimating lesser females came naturally to her, having grown up in a society where so many of them were raised to be frail and fragile, the polar opposite of the bear herself. In all honesty, not only was she not inimidated by the other, but she also didn't see what she had done wrong. The burly woman was very narrow minded, almost incapable of seeing things from someone else's perspective. Sure, that accidental shove had been a bit much, but everything else was justified in her mind, so she really didn't see what the big deal was.
Writing it off as nothing, she ignored the wolf altogether and turned away, one again intending to continue on her righteous quest for food. She regarded Belle as if she were nothing more than a pesky flea.
