Never being one for lengthy exchanges, Atshen finds himself suddenly lagging on the social front, wishing not to speak any longer. Even with these innermost feelings, he finds a rarity amongst his conscious: to continue his time with Astrid. 

Thinking quickly, Atshen brings himself to his paws. "Do you want to patrol with me?" He asks suddenly, smoothing the delicate hairs along his chops with his tongue as he waited for an answer, hoping that she would agree to this. He would feel less inclined to hold a conversation then and, perhaps, ask her to talk about whatever she wished.
