It wasn't a surprise to hear that the alpha might be a little protective of his piece of land, nor the fact they might have to go outside to be together with Chusi not being a part of them. A thought shot through her, of leaving Teaghlaigh for the vale, but it was quickly tossed aside. She was a heir and without them she would have been nothing; a beggar, a loner with no one to call family and no place to call home.
