A small part of her toys with the idea of giving power to Drageda to Dio, Eske, and Tirgatao for the winter so she can return to the Caldera. They are the three most trusted wolves in her claim, as far as she’s concerned, and they can handle a few months without her. Cecil’s scent builds in her nose and she hears a sound behind her that does not fit within the background noise. Thuringwethil doesn’t say anything at first, continuing onward as if she hadn’t picked up the hints she is being followed. Casually she turns in the direction where several fallen redwoods lay and with one turn, weaves in and out of the redwoods in a way that camouflages her until she’s disappeared from view and into the clearing with three redwoods on their side to her left.
