Blacktail Deer Plateau put 'em back up on the shelf

As soon as the other female said that about her mom, Lavender’s eyes narrowed. She could run now, start hollering for her father and family to come and help her. But while she was an agile pup, she was still a pup. The grown wolf behind her would no doubt be agile as well, and could be faster. She might even try to kill Lavender, which would be bad. However if this other wolf was dangerous and she lead her straight to her family and something bad happened she wouldn’t forgive herself.

She started to get more and more nervous the closer they got, but when she finally was close enough to it, she whirled around and backed away quickly from the other.
