Moonspear Let the shiver of it sting you

This wolf liked to talk, and Gannet warmed to him quite a bit, because he preferred to listen.  His story sounded familiar; the white wolf.  It clicked, and he thought back to his own encounter with him.  He hadn't seemed like the type to just attack someone, but then again, sometimes individuals did surprising things.

"Yeah."  It was the only thing he could think to reply.  They were stuck, himself literally, in this situation, and there was nothing he could do.  He got the feeling that even trying would only make things worse.  "He just.. runs."  Gannet finally added, looking at Rannoch, perhaps for confirmation.  It wasn't smart, but he recalled some of the tension between Towhee and Titmouse.  He hadn't been around much, but he'd been around enough.  Even his family had thought him flighty.
