The call rang out overhead, and the pale brute cast his gaze in the direction of it with a curious elation. Smokestep knew that the voice was familiar to him, so he did not hesitate to pull himself from the water and turn toward the summons. The keep was not far from his bay, so it didn't take him long to travel across the sands and into more forested terrain.
