Ah, shit. That hurt and now the message got through his thick skull. There was sure to be plenty of blood matting the fur on his shoulder neck. A groan left him as he staggered upon her release. He didn't need her snaps to know it was time to go.

Without another word or aggressive display, Outlander took off down the path he had come from. He would need to find somewhere to nurse his wounds once he knew he was far from the duo.
