Elixir saw the woman and Kavik lunging for the doe and so she followed, running for the doe's front shoulder. As she neared the front of it she opened her powerful jaws and tried to clamp down. The ebony female knew she missed when her jaws clamped and her teeth sank into nothing but the air. With fire in her eyes she opened the again and latched on tight, not letting go until she was told. Her dog side was taking over again. She felt as if there was nothing around her it was just her and this doe. A metallic taste flooded her mouth and she knew it was the blood of the wound she had just inflicted in the mother.
