Hyacinth's posture turned defensive as she scampered sideways away from the kill, her teeth nipping the air to deflect any bites aimed toward her. Her ears flattened back against her head and tail tucked down as she gave a exasperated but accepting whine, hurriedly moving far enough away that she was visible but not a threat. This female surely couldn't eat the whole thing and Hyacinth intended to grab some for herself and maybe take back a bit for Sunspire too. Pointedly she glared for a moment before turning her head away and passively licking at her fur.
