he's thinking about throwing himself off the edge. it'd be so convenient. well — not for the first few moments, the scant seconds that separate falling from squishing — but after that... actually he doesn't know how convenient it'd be. he'd probably end up in hell. assuming this isn't hell, but then —
oh shit there's a dude. he stands abruptly, swaying a little, and takes a few steps toward the figure. he must be lonely, he thinks. "hey," he croaks, voice rough from disuse. "you kinda look like a guy i killed. but less old." and darker, he decides, studying him further. maybe he won't kill this one.
