It was hot...she had never had a day so hot. Her tongue lolled out as she walked, exploring the areas around the den alone. Her sides expanded and fell rapidly as she panted, cooling herself down though she really wanted to find some shade. Nobody seemed to be around today, papa was off somewhere and so was momma and Maman. She was bored and that mixed with the heat made her not want to do much of anything anymore. Sighing she turned and headed back toward the den, deciding it would at least be cooler there.
