Heron Lake Plateau (futuristic space music)

Somehow he felt like he'd somehow messed up this whole thing.  Qui was pretty sure he hadn't, but the feeling was still there.  Maybe it was just the whole "kids grow up" thing.  But it'd give him some doubts, as Owen frequently did.  How had they gone wrong?  What could he do different?   Sigh.  Hopefully something he could figure out.  Later.  Not now.  

Okay, then no complaining if I bring back something you don't want.  Can always come catch up if you change your mind...  He reached out to lightly headbutt Owen's shoulder before turning to head off.  Though he did only go a few strides before pausing to make certain of Owen's decision.

Yeah, he was totally looking forward to the conversation with Raven when he got back.  Quixote better find something tasty to bring home with him.
