She slept, perhaps for a little. Though she couldn't deny that she could still hear the heavy waves in her mind. The slapping of the water against the sand, the sharp wind that would cut the eyes of strangers who tried to escape. The rain, it fell sideways and slowed down travelers. It was all so vivid, so fresh. She struggled to keep her eyes closed for long.

Light colored eyes snapped open, though she couldn't see the figure who called to her. She heard them, she could even smell them. Sight wise, her eyes seemed to give out in her. Although she felt afraid, she swallowed the upset feelings in her stomach. She returned the chuff, an invitation.

Evermore sat herself up and shook her head a few times. Hopefully this may get her eyes to work correctly.
