The Alpha tipped his head curiously, eyes shifting to Finley when she followed Kaihra's question with one of her own. Coyote? That doesn't fit the theme, he joked rather lamely to himself.

A quiet howl rose into the air, cutting right into the conversation like a hot knife through butter. "Ah," Peregrine remarked, recognizing Fox's voice. "That'd be for me. You guys enjoy the bear and feel free to stash the leftovers or share them or whatever. It was nice chatting with you. See you all around." His eyes lingered last and longest on Sun Spark. He hoped he would have a chance to talk to the old man again before he kicked the bucket.
