atausiq's point made, his new alpha mentions that he hopes kratos will be willing to train him. while mal's attention diverts to another story that he catches before it slips out — mentioning that he could tell him later — atausiq considers that while it would be best that he be trained by someone inside their own borders he could always outsource mentors, if needed. surely, there were a plethora of guardians and warriors willing to impart their knowledge upon a young student.

mal mentions showing him the cache and, in his own words, 'whatever else makes sense'. i don't think so... atausiq speaks, partially as an answer and partially thinking out loud. what's the denning situation? is there a communial den or are they individual? if it was the latter then when he and mal split ways he would begin his exploration by finding something that would make him a suitable den.
