Ravensblood Forest Better Together

He persues her, a sly smirk on his features. She wants to slap him, to tear that stupid grin off his stupid face. She's more frustrated at herself than him...how was it this idiot mutt managed to make her fall apart so easily? 
she turned her head away, Feigning nonchalance. 
"Why should I care who you screw? Its not like we ever agreed to be mates. I told you you could have a consort. Its...fine. perfectly fine. Fine, fine, fine." The last word she bites down on like she's snapping the neck of a rabbit. "Kinda funny my father was able to negotiate with several packs, and yet managed not to come home smelling like any of them." She shoots him a pointed look, calling him out on his bullshit. He moved to tease her, drawing his tongue against her scruff and she stiffened, lips curled into a warning. Her Forest green eye rolled back into a whale-eye warning, tongue flicking out between her incisors. It was a a clear and obvious don't fuck with me. Her attention was directed to his answer to her other question. She settled herself back into the icy exterior, primly moving back onto the  bank. Why on Earth did he need a fish? And why did he need her?
