A stranger summoned the leaders to the border -- of course, his creamy paws were quick to respond to the source, and while he would have wished to believe it was simply because another was upon their entrance and could be considered a threat if not attended to.. but the true reason was that it was also likely Bazi would be there as well.
He moved forward, a behemoth in his own right, and as his paws thrummed the ground sof the borders he had come to know so well, his thoughts were elsewhere only until the swarthy figure of the ebony cloaked stranger came to view. The wolf was male -- strong in appearance, and already a threat in Scimitar's mind when it came to Bazi's affections.. if only because he had royally screwed up his own chances.
While the other sat in patience, his stride quickened, his figure lifting to reveal rank as his eyes outright fixated upon the caller. "State your name and business," he offered, his own gaze scrutinizing the wolf as he wasted no time in getting down to business. If the other was looking for pleasantries, he wasn't about to find them here.

he came and stole the wild
a crime so old as the sky and bone
