She scrunched a look, and gazed off to the horizon as she agreed wholly with her sister on this part. All of that felt awfully familiar. Hearing it out loud just like that seemed to solidify it for her, though--even if it sounded like a fantasy. Just each other, wherever the roads went..

Where nobody could touch us... she wanted that. Badly. She didn't know why but it came rushing for her. She just wanted what she didn't have, and that was it. Wanted to see what it was like. I'd like to see.. she sighed, sounding wistful as she panned her sights back to her twin. We could so do it--we have each other, she said, conviction firm. Acheron got by with only his boyfriend, or so it had seemed when their paths had crossed. They couldn't be nearly as effective together as the twins were. I mean.. plus, maybe we need to try it? So we can be experienced scouts--because I think I'd like that. It wasn't a new thought. She liked exploring, just looking at stuff, seeing what was out there.. what it was like. The experience of it all was still very much a novelty, and right now, the closet thing to earnest motivation she had felt in weeks.
