Golden Glade King of Kings

They catered to her pack... The tone of her voice and words, was a warning to the two obvious rogues who may have been near her lands. If they had been near pack territory, Odessa surely had not scented it. North of here they were, so it had seemed. 

The arrival of Calhoun came then, to knock the golden blonde woman down a peg when it cane to talk of the elk. His gaze judgemental and Celnes, a sympathizer for the accursed, moved in to smooth the mood.  Then Chad, who Odessa waved her tail to as the man looked to her. She had not failed them set despite her age, who had indeed been blessed to take sight of their God's sign.

But it was not here ended the group of them, as more arrived, this time seemingly of the blonde woman's lot. First a pup, couldnt be no more then six months and along with him,  a yearling. She was coated in a brown agouti pattern and Odessa smiles for the young babe. The wooden woman's nose twitches, taking in their equally familiar scent but still did not remember scenting any borders before. She of course didnt know there was a large stretch of swampy bog to cross before the pack could make it here to this glade. She wondered then, if a fight was to happen here today. Odessa had grown slower in her age, less force behind her bite. Still, she doubted the they would want to pitch a fight over what was concluded as just 'a stray' amongst the herds that would otherwise be within her realm of hunting terrain.

Odessa's marigold gaze turned to the summit once more, her lips pursed. Had she of known that a large, thick forest named 'King Elk Forest' was beyond, she would have definitely questioned the blonde woman exactly where the elk 'catered to'. Well then it looks like it's a good thing he isnt going east, nor north of here, but south over that ridge. Which is where they would be going. We follow our God. She could only pray that should the scouts go out southwest they would be greeted with promise of a future to come.
