Eyes set to the ground before him, the small boy wanders aimlessly across the newly claimed land with a sunken appearance. His paws, once carrying a pep in his step—now graze against the earth in languid movements, toying with the soil and making marks. These new lands did not feel like home to him; Did not make him happy.
