Neverwinter Forest i’m the kinda girl

The minute that she sputtered her words she felt ultimately idiotic. From how she saw it playing out in her mind, he was going to attack her and make her feel more vulnerable to pain. It was obvious. He had asked her if she was lost and would take that to his advantage and allow her to further be unable to move or relocate, sending her to her death. She was sure of it. As it turned out, he didn't make a move nor make any verbal comments towards her obvious fear. He simply stood in front of her, likely staring at her head which was turned downward.

Kat was about to pull her head slightly upwards to ask 'why is it unfortunate for you?' but he answered it for her. He, too, was lost among this place. Although the feeling was somewhat comforting since she wasn't alone now and he wasn't as stuck up as she might have believed him to be, she didn't feel like such a target. Instead, she felt like they shared at least something in common, whether it was a minor thing or not. "Nowhere in p-particular," she commented idly as she pulled herself up just a little bit in an attempt to bring herself to a relaxed state of mind, "l-looking for my brother but n-not sure if he's even h-here."
