Malila hadn't been far when Aquene's panicked cry rang out. It was easy to decipher what was wrong. An uninvited guest had strolled right into Mereo. She knew nothing of the silvered man and his past interwoven with the medic. But what she did know, was that he had chosen the wrong pack to fuck with.

Memories swept back to her, of a very similar time when she was in Rivenwood, alone with an unknown man in the territory. Only this time, her legs were not frozen in place. They were moving, carrying her swiftly to the congregation. The prickle of irritation soon turned to hot anger, upon seeing her friend attacked. But oh, she was far from alone. Their Imperator, diligent as always, was there. And Towhee, a wolf she knew only by name. 

The stern words of the Imperator on the day of their spar rang clear in her head. Don't hesitate. Don't give yourself away your plans. Silently, ears flattening, she skittered up alongside the seasoned warrior, (Towhee) snapping rows of teeth at a flailing tail. If she got hold, she'd put a nice kink in it or two.
