Greatwater Lake Fish Food

being very vague here due to being unsure of where her other thread is heading! please come save her <3

neon's face was seemingly better, though it would take more time for it to heal. it at least didn't swell with pain anymore, it just made her look cool. who could complain about that? she took a little trip from the flat mountain of brecheliant to stretch her legs a bit and found herself heading towards a large lake. 

a perfect opportunity to fish! neon was not the most amazing and graceful hunter, but she had the try! and to her that's what mattered most. and with that, the girl would wade into the water, unaware that another was sharing the presence of the lake with her. he would at least get lucky with only a bite on the leg.

neon on the other hand was not so lucky. she was already dunking and snaking her nose into the water in hopes of snapping up something when suddenly -- chomp! -- something was on her nose. a smaller fish, probably not any longer than 4 inches or so, had managed to encapsulate her nose into his mouth. and despite her desperate attempts to fling him off, he only bites down harder.

and now here comes neon, whining and shrieking as she thrashes about in the water, scared and worried that she may never get this stupid fish off her face.
