He chirruped as he got to his feet, bounding after Caiaphas as she sauntered all over the place. The fish went up, and Larus followed it with his eyes; the fish went down and the boy's face got more expectant by the moment, until... Caiaphas caught upon it and began shaking it around. He ducked beneath her chin, waddled around to the opposite side, and raised up on his hind legs to try and catch hold of the fish. But it was out of his range indefinitely.
