Charon's protests did not go unnoticed by his sibling. When she felt his paws batting against her face, Liyaní let out a surprised squeak and wiggled backwards out of his reach. Although she'd enjoyed sampling her brother's nose with her toothless gums and tongue, she wasn't about to let herself be pummeled to a pulp in the process.

Having freed herself from Charon's onslaught, Liyaní squirmed and wriggled about until her mother relocated her against her side once more. Her energy had been drained during her wrestling match with her litter mate, and the sooty girl was whisked away into slumber moments later.
