Greatwater Lake one will come who is too good

The honeyed wolf took small breath of relief as Taltos backed off on the supernatural subject. Falwasi could only go so long without losing her temper, even if it was a simple facial expression. So when the male asked her where she had gotten her name from, and what it meant, she stood up a little bit, willing to answer his question.

"My parents... they weren't exactly the traditional type," she said, wincing at the word 'were'. It still caused a small twinge of pain in her heart. "I was named after the fallow deer." the doe explained, refraining to add the other half of her name. She wasn't particularly keen on telling people she was also named after a Swiss goat.

Falwasi soon thought of her brother, Zephyr, who's name signified the wind. "Do you have any siblings?" she asked, because of the memories of her brother that flooded back to her. The she-wolf already knew that Taltos did not have parents — like he said, he was born of his 'Suzanne'. Perhaps he had brothers or sisters, or at least creatures that had been in the same situation as him.
