Flash was sick of being the only one working. Maybe not the only one, but like, the most hard working one. If being in a pack meant that he had to hunt for everybody else, he was sick and tired of it. Where were all the others? Most scent markers were his, most prey on the pile were caught by him. And he was tired of it. All this work was starting to worn him out. The only thing keeping him back was probably the devastated state of Shadow and the comfort of Silva Stellarum.
Nevertheless, when he howl rung for him he was curious. It seemed that these days Shadow only called for him and Crëyr. Sighing, he broke into a run, starting towards the source of the howl. All the previous annoyance was gone when he arrived, seeing Shadow's state, not surprised when Crëyr had beat him there, considering he was almost at the other side of the borders.
“Salve Shadow. What business do you have in store for us today? " Flash asked. He had started to realise the more formal and serious greetings he made now. Maybe it was a roman thing? It didn't matter, he enjoyed a chance to be more serious anyways. He wondered what will happen?
