Raven's Watch birds of a feather

Mictec kept a vacant expression though sorrow remained laced in her words. "I was exiled."

To her, Kirian was an interesting creature, radiating innocence that Mictec felt an odd sense of censoring her own tale. It reminded her of a child, who still had optimism that the world was not so shrouded in misery and decay.

"I come from far beyond in a place of abundant sun and not much rain. These lands are nothing like that and I followed one of the ravens to this perch. They didn't seem to mind me here unlike other places."

The yellow tag on her ear begun to irritate her as she raised a paw to scratch at it, continuously observing her as she deflected with her own question, "And you, what brings you here?"
