Chimera Fields campus florum

deep breaths pooled out in clouds of vapor as velia lay there winded, huffing and puffing in between gentle fits of laughter. she closed her eyes for a moment, the bite of cold air sucked into exhausted lungs stung and yet somehow felt rejuvenating. 

she rolled to her side to stare upon her company with bright, affectionate eyes. "you be caught," she echoed, a grin dancing across her lips as she released any grip she might yet hold upon the woman. 

"this be fun." a spoken truth, even while breathless. velia found joy in a many things, but nothing brought her more pleasure than to share in that joy with others.
