with the breeze as her guide, the siqniq woman blazed her paths through lands unfamiliar. with a gentle, fluid gait she moves. meeting the earth and all it's abundance with warm smiles and inquisitive gazes. there was so much to see with what felt like such little time! her roots had been planted within moonglow's soil, but the ache to explore was a song Sinnatomak could not resist for long. the mountains tower and stand, their glory and age mystifying as she climbs. higher and higher, fur dancing like waves as the wind grew restless. pushing her forward, as if they were eager for her to witness the view above.

she is breathless as she crests the final step. standing atop the high shelf, exhaling a soothing hum as the breeze embraces her. her moon rest for now, but perhaps she would stay atop this crest to greet it with her song in the evening. the view is unlike anything she'd ever seen; vast and overlooking rolling hills, blooming forests, and then the ocean. oh, it called to her. an ache as old as time, as it was on distant shores she was welcomed into this world. she yearns to breathe in that salty ocean air; to reminisce about her natal island.

but for now, she rests near the edge of the bluff, letting her eyes rest. one day she will dance upon sand again. and it is with that wishful thinking she allows her mind to slip away.
