Swiftcurrent Creek Here we go again

The wolf made it's approach, speaking in tongues as far as Damsel was concerned - moreso than they usually did. What did she care if this was Swiftcurrent Creek? It was just the two of them here, and from the looks of it this one wasn't in tip-top shape.

Responding with what must have been a smaller chuff muffled by the carcass, Damsel resumed her search. Hopping over a smaller stream, she hoped to pass by the wolf entirely. Maybe they would assume she simply didn't understand and move on, it happened more often than she assumed upon entering the wilds.
