She's alone, and a wolf is inevitably larger than herself. A fight isn't worth the struggle, even if she were to win she gains nothing but pride.

Her expression unchanging, she turns towards the direction the wolf suggests. If this is the way she is meant to go, she will. No meal is lost, and no blood is shed on either side. A fair path to take, she thinks.
