He stifled a chuckle, though their little roleplay took an unexpected turn as Somnia informed the figment that she would have to chase her from the territory on Fox's orders. Well played! Elwood thought, and he adapted quickly to the new situation.

"Oh, yeah, good point," he said, nodding sagely and taking a few steps toward the tree. "I never liked her much anyway. That eye creeps me out," he stage-whispered, then he lunged behind the trunk and took off running again. "Get out of here, Dolores!" he cried, galloping wildly away from Somnia.
