Wyvern did consider herself lucky in that her upbringing was very good, and surrounded by the warm embrace of family for as long as she had known it. Her parents had established a nice, cozy little pack for her and her siblings to grow happily in -- and that they most certainly did. Sometimes, she felt a vague touch of guiltiness in her desire to see the world and leave that behind so readily, but it was always quickly overshadowed because this just felt right. Her ancestors on either side had been explorers and wandering wolves too, so it was only natural!
