Lasher's question was entirely unexpected, yet it was a subject he was becoming rather used to discussing. What would he do, if such a thing were to occur? And was the question merely hypothetical? He took it to be such, and put some thought into the answer, though he was not sure. He loved those in his pack dearly, but did he feel more? He did not think so, not at this time.

"I would be honored," he said finally, softly. "But I do not know that the feeling would be returned, at least at this time. It is not a thing I have put much thought towards." And not something he expected to be turned towards him. He was not the most romantic of souls nor a holder of any sort of charm.
