Even though she was pretty sure that everything was fine when she leaned down to nip from the water, when she lifted her head again, Roadkill heard a voice. Her mangled stub of an ear turned back to listen, but she heard nothing. When she turned round to face the owner of the voice, Roadkill figured it was just another dog or, by the looks of it, wolfdog. Its agressive stature made her feel on edge, and instinctively she bared her teeth to let it know he wouldn't get away without a scar or two if he decided to move in.

As she turned her head to face the aggressive wolfdog, Roadkill's missing right eye was visible, as were the many scars running over her face. She hadn't come here for a chat, or she would've just stayed with the other herd of pathetic ole' dogs, but she supposed she wasn't going to get away from one now. It was rude not to answer a disrespectful asshat's question's, after all, is what it was. "Takin' a drink, mate. What's it look like Oi'm doin', ey?" There were no signs of humour on the beagle's face as she said this, looking up at the aggressive wolfdog without a speck of humour, or fear.
