"Good thing you ain't, then, innit?" All this chatter confused Roadkill bits and pieces, since she'd never heard of wolves. She knew wolfdogs, alright, but this one wasn't quite like that. With unblinking eyes, she studied the stranger as he circled her, trying to be all menacing. Roadkill shook her head, her floppy left ear batting against the side of her head, and her tongue lolled from her mouth.

Roadkill didn't really care to tell her life story of how she ended up here. Maybe that was a thing around here, but it certainly wasn't her thing. "Eh," she said nonchalantly, "Not sure it's anythin' you'd understand. Oi mean, you look like a fightin' dog, but you act like a wild dog, an' by the looks of your face all you really want is to get my knickers in a bunch rather 'n know the answers to my questions." Roadkill's expression remained unblinking. She hoped that the other wolf wasn't eager to attack, or would take offence in her words, but considering how much offence he seemed to take in her mere being here, she didn't think any word she said would pull a trigger she wouldn't otherwise have pulled, anyway.
