Roadkill wasn't too intimidated by the wolf, who seemed to talk tall but didn't have the balls to follow through with things. He seemed insulted at the notion of woldogs, though Roadkill didn't understand why. She calmly watched him before he decided to take the insult serious and leave.
Roadkill shrugged, took another sip, and turned and left then, deciding he was a coward who wasn't worth her time. She was better off taking another sip of water before looking for a way to get herself some food.
