ooc: that's the fun thing about it - you never know, which way the thread will go.
Regarding experience, even though this was Osprey's second heat, apart from the changes in behaviour and the fact that she knew afterwards that she was not entirely herself during this time, everything else was novel for her too. Of course, March Owl made sure that her daughters had early education on, how boys differ from girls and what happens, when the two get together, and it was no mystery to her, how children "were made". Yet in terms of actually doing something - she was just as a blank page as Flash was.
The season for her, however, was not about venturing away from her pack with a set idea of getting pregnant. She followed her instincts, which told her, what to do, revealing only one step at a time. The instructions weren't blunt or straightforward, they gave her options and she could decide, what to do about them. As in this case - she had subconciously been desperate for being liked and loved and this was, what she got now. She didn't flinch away from Flash, him being even nearer to her was met with appreciation. She smiled fondly at him and rolled to lie on her belly. She reached out to plant several tender kisses on his forehead and then she gently pressed her cheek against his.
