Maybe @Jinx if you want, Chelsie, but anyone is welcome. Sorry for dropping the ball with him before; for his absence which was probably noticed I decided he did a stupid teenager-like thing and ran off to "rescue" Bones. :x I would love for him to join back but made him a lone wolf so it could go either way.

<style type="text/css"> ae {color:#94a3ab; font-size: 10px;} .aebox {background-color: #d5e1ec; width: 500px; margin: auto; background-image: url('http://i.imgur.com/vg2CHes.png'); background-repeat: no-repeat; border: 3px solid #94a3ab; outline: 5px solid #2d2a24;} .aetext {margin: auto; width: 350px; color:#2d2a24; text-indent: 15px; font-family: georgia; line-height: 15px; font-size: 10px; text-align: justify; padding-left: 20px; padding-right: 20px; padding-bottom: 5px; padding-top: 480px; margin-bottom: 30px;}</style>

He shouldn’t have. Ira knew that; understood it. He shouldn’t have. He hadn’t been able to help himself, though. When he had found out that Bones had been kidnapped, taken by a group of wolves in the dark of the night he had felt sick. Sick and beyond that, angry. Irate. Who were these wolves that thought they had any right or business stealing his girlfriend? Beneath that he had felt relief. Relief that she had not left him with intention, but the relief was not enough to make the teenager see sense and without stopping to realize what he had done he had gone after her without any real direction of where she had gone. Their scents had been long faded when he had finally made his trip to Swiftcurrent Creek. He had not paused to rationalize what leaving, suddenly on the whim without bothering to talk to Jinx would do. What he, possibly, would be doing to himself.

What have I done?

He had took off without thinking, disregarding the fact that Jinx had told him he had not been allowed to leave the Mountain. He had no real intentions of leaving them with any permanence, Jinx was his mother (or at least the closest he had to one) after all and in his own twisted and dark way he loved the Kesuk woman. He loved her and was devout to her even if the stunt of rebellious, ill-guided heroics might have seemed different. It had been stupid to trek his way to Tortuga. He wasn’t sure what he had hoped to accomplish with them. He had been as insolent and arrogant as ever sure that he would storm their safe hold and rescue his damsel in distress, delivering her from the great evil that had stolen her from him.

Except the assassin in training hadn’t gotten far and the angry wound down the side of his neck — aimed for his jugular but missed due to his vigilance and defensive reflexes (or stupid luck) — spoke of how it went. He had ran when he realized that more were gathering, retreating because he had no other choice if he had fancied living (and he did), and without proper knowledge of how to care for the wound, other than trudging through the coast when he had came across it that was not claimed by Tortuga, the stinging of the salt as it burned against the split flesh the wretched boy bore with clenched teeth and pants until, eventually, it numbed as did the ache of his bruised ego. Perhaps, even, coming back to Silvertip Mountain was a mistake. Would Jinx be angry? Or worse yet, disappointed in him? Or would she not care at all? He wasn’t sure what was the worse possibility. He wasn’t even sure if she would want him back after he had pulled his stupid-ass “heroic” stunt which hadn’t been that grand or heroic. Unfortunately, it had not gone that way Ira had envisioned it going because he was still a child and didn’t, apparently, know shit about rescuing anyone.

His pace slowed as he neared Silvertip, his ears slicking back to his skull in shame and humiliation as he wondered what kind of reception he would receive. He dare not envision it in the case that it went exactly how Tortuga had gone: not at all how he wanted. He lifted his head and sent up a howl, nevertheless, waiting with an itchy wound that had been festering from the lack of care besides the salt water rinses and with baited breath hating that he didn’t know. Turns out humiliation tended to sweep arrogance under the rug leaving Ira with the deduction that he did not like humiliation very much.

The dark furred assassin was walking from his den to the borders when the howl entered his ears. It did not belong to any of his packmates, mainly because it was too high-pitched to be any of them. The howl most likely belonged to a juvenile, which was strange to him. Why would a young wolf be so close to another pack's territory without parental supervision? Was it an orphan of some sorts? Curious, Kaname loped towards the howl.

After crossing the Silvertip borders, he was met with the owner of the call: a young male, just as he thought. The boy had an almost white coat with silver down his spine. His eyes were a silver tone as well, with blue flecks of a similar hue of Kaname's eyes around his pupils. On the side of his neck was an untreated wound, festering, which looked rather painful. Kaname gave the pup a low bark, approaching him with his tail curled over his back. "Can I help you?"

I assumed that Ira recognized Kaname considering I believe they were in a few pack meetings with each other but feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. If I am I can just say that Ira thought he recognized him or something, ha. :p

There was a tiny inkling of doubt that the more he allowed it to fester, the more it evolved from ‘tiny’ to something more tangible until it trembled in the air before him like a living, breathing entity. It was ridiculous, of course. He couldn’t actually see his doubt, but he certainly felt it beneath the annoying pain of the wound the pirates had left him with from his fool’s trip. Who had Ira really been trying to fool? He wasn’t born to be a savior and trying to extract his girlfriend from those lawless beasts had been his most stupid idea yet…beyond going against what Jinx had specifically, more or less, told him. It had been a childish ploy but he was not so sure it would be as easily dismissed as that. He was willing to swallow his pride and grovel at his mother’s guardian’s paws like the pathetic pauper he probably was at that point, if that was what it took. He didn’t care because he didn’t want her to be angry or disappointed with him, both of which she would be fully entitled to being if she even cared at all.

He waited with anticipation that had him shifting his weight from one paw to the other, waiting surprised that someone hadn’t accosted him sooner given Jinx’s command that wolves so close to the borders were not to be tolerated. Either the wolves of Silvertip were slipping, or they had thought nothing of his return. Eyes of silvered cerulean ice narrowed at the approach of the ebony man, whose name the Princeling (ex?) wasn’t aware of but had seen a few times in the land. Had Ira grown that much that he was unrecognizable? Or had he already been condemned? His heart sunk deeply at that, fear and horror and trepidation seizing in his heart like ice seeping through each chamber and vein.

The male’s approach was nothing short of insulting to Ira who watched the ebon creature’s tail arch over his back in dominance. Lip twitched as it threatened to curl back, though no hostility had been conveyed. Ira had to remind himself that he wasn’t sure if Jinx would take him back, that he might not have a place among them anymore because he had been an idiot. It did not erase the feeling of contempt in Ira’s core at the dominant display, though, having never done well with others aside from the wolves he respected (which was pretty much just Jinx) dominating him. “Where is Jinx?” The boy demanded, desiring his mother’s presence with a hitch of desperation in his tone, needing to see her, needing to apologize (another something he rarely ever did), blatantly ignoring Kaname’s dominate display, ferocious eyes seeking desperately for her form to emerge.

I'm going to say the same for Kaname. The realization only came when Ira mentioned Jinx.

After taking a while to examine the young pup, Kaname's tail lowered as he recognized the boy. "Ah, so the prodigal son returns." Kaname quoted as he sniffed at Ira, who he had only met a few times before he disappeared. The only thing he knew of his personality was from Tyrande, another wolf who fled and returned. And what he had heard from him was bad. It wasn't much of a good first impression.

He snorted softly at the tone in Ira's voice. "Calm yourself... Ira was it?" The assassin walked closer to the ivory juvenile. "I can't say for sure where Jinx is now, she's either in the territory or out exploring." His frosted blue eyes locked on the scar on Ira's neck. "But where have you been? Jinx was worried for you." He doubted that the boy left to follow Majesty like Tyrande, but he did smell of the sea, of salt and sand. Where had he been?

I'm pretty sure Tyrande never officially met Ira so I'm not sure if that makes a difference or not (and if her player was just running off of first impressions/assumptions) ;-) Ahah, the child is throwing a child sized tantrum. xD

For a second Ira allowed himself to feel satisfaction when Kaname lowered his tail — about god damn time, the Princeling thought snidely in true Ira fashion — though it did not last long. When the ebony man had the nerve to call Ira the ‘prodigal’ son, the teen’s temper flared hot and searing beneath his pallid pelt, his black, leathery nostrils flaring. “Who are you to call me prodigal?” The Princeling spat, arrogant to his very core it would seem, as he pulled himself up to his full height, eyes harsh and as frigid as dry ice. He didn’t care that this man could probably take him for Ira’s stealth was only a formable ally when he wasn’t injured. It was not this insignificant creature’s place to call Ira wasteful, it was no one’s place but Jinx’s (and probably Lecter’s seeing as how the latter was his step-father) and considering the man before him was not Jinx Ira did not plan to stand under the scrutiny of judgments he felt confident the man was making. He didn’t care. Ira didn’t care if this male attacked him, he didn’t care because all he wanted was his mother. Was that so hard to grasp, he wondered? He just wanted Jinx.

“Calm myself,” Ira repeated with a sharp indignant snort. Until this man got Jinx he didn’t feel like calming himself because he had never (and would probably never) listened to anyone but Jinx. “Well find her,” Ira hissed, wondering how in the hell a member of her pack didn’t even know where she was. Ira doubted Jinx would have just slipped out the territory without letting someone know. That would have left their territory open to an invasion or whatever. “That’s none of your business.” Ira snapped sharply at Kaname, irritable, recoiling back when the man studied the wound on his neck, his eyes warning him to stay away. Hearing that Jinx was worried about him made his heart sink and then skip a beat but then he shook it off because he didn’t believe it until he heard it from her mouth himself. The last Jinx had known Ira had gone to Swiftcurrent to look for Bones, and though the pallid Princeling had gotten his answer he had left them, peaceably. It was the wolves of Tortuga he had not left in peace, and by heightened reflexes and pure shit luck he had managed to avoid being killed. Or maybe it had been some kind of divine intervention. Whatever it was, he had abandoned all hope of ever seeing Bones again.

Jinx had been right, of course. He only hoped she didn’t hate him for being a stupid teenager with a crush. To love is to destroy, to be loved is to be destroyed.

Kaname growled lowly at Ira's outburst. Favored by Jinx or not, this boy was still a yearling and not even part of the pack anymore. Kaname was the third highest wolf in the pack at the moment and no matter what this child says, he will be above him unless Jinx promotes him so. "I am Kaname, Gamma of the Silvertip Mountain pack. That is who I am. You are a foolish boy who left the pack and is crying for his mother." He growled low in his throat, not baring his fangs but exhibiting his anger nonetheless.

"Jinx has been exploring a new territory lately. If she is there, it might take a while to find her. The last I checked she was still exploring and marking the place." His alpha had an attraction to the new place that he mimicked. The emerald valley was a sight to behold and a perfect place for the pack to live. No other wolves, plenty of prey, and lots of space for them to inhabit. She would most likely still be there. But the dark furred wolf hoped she was in Silvertip territory. He was not looking forward to dragging this spoiled brat all the way to the valley.

In normal teenager fashion, Ira spat "it's none of your business" to him. As if that would stop him from asking. "Look Ira, there has been a lot of tension around here since you left. Majesty left the pack after disobeying Jinx's orders and created his own pack called Wheeling Gull Isle by the sea somewhere. Two wolves followed him: Erika, who is his mate now and is possibly carrying his children, and Tyrande, who came back after realizing her mistake." He bristled slightly. "We have many enemies now. It is important that we know where all of our loyal packmates are and where they have been."

Ira supposed that the introduction was supposed to actually mean something to him, or that he was supposed to be threatened by the low growl that came from the other male’s throat. “Oh very good you know your name Ira drew out, antagonizing just because it felt good after nearly have his butt beat (correction nearly died) by a bunch of ignorant, filthy pirates. It was a arrogant and insolent way of mending his own torn up pride that no one was supposed to see but Jinx because she was the only creature in the world (except, possibly Bones) that he cared about. “and title. How clever,” He sneered at the male, not about to show this urchin that he was tired and weary and that all he wanted was something to heal his wound so he didn’t die and to be left alone so he could apologize to his mother …if she ever came to see him. If she even cared still, that was. “Don’t talk about things you know nothing about. I didn’t leave,” He had left, yes, but only to speak to Bones and Jinx had known about that much. He hadn’t told her he was going to Tortuga because it had been an impulse decision and she was miles away from him at that point.

And I am the Princeling, but he kept his tongue firmly bitten between his teeth, his jaws clamped tightly shut biting back the childish retort that would, likewise, only make him seem more childish. He had been a fool, had tried to tackle something he should have never attempted (especially not on his own) and had paid the price for it; nearly paid it with his life. “Then tell me where it is so I might go find her,” Was this male really that incompetent or was telling him where he might find Jinx really that hard?

Ira let out a sharp bark of a laugh, triumphant and leering when Kaname told him that Majesty was a traitor. “Now that is justice,” Sharp teeth exposed as his lips curled into a Machiavellian jeer. “I never liked that pompous upstart, anyway.” Of course Ira was hardly one to talk about arrogance but the elder man had seen to threaten Ira and then play the one-up game with him. Ira had walked away from that meeting feeling like he had been the adult as opposed to the other way around. “The bitch with that ugly scar on her face?” Though, again, he was hardly one to talk. He had an ugly wound marring his once perfect skin and pristine fur that would likely scar. “Frankly, I am insulted that anyone would ever consider that my loyalty for my mother wavers,” It was insulting to him because he loved Jinx and she was the only wolf that would ever hold the incorrigible Princeling’s loyalty. “If you must know,” Because he just wanted to see Jinx and the longer this male kept poking and prodding the more irritated Ira became. “I went to Swiftcurrent Creek to speak to my girlfriend, which I asked my mother’s permission for” He added sharply, huffing. “However, she was kidnapped and I acted impulsively and went to where they had taken her. I thought I could rescue her and bring her back here,” He took a deep breath then, trying to reign in his temper which flared. “I was given this,” He flashed the wound. “To remember them by. If I wouldn’t have been so quick I wouldn’t have seen another morning.”

Ira loathed to admit that he had nearly been killed by low lives but he saw no sense in lying. The attack had been with the intent to kill and he had taken his shredded pride and well, here he was. "Are you satisfied?" The princeling hissed glaring at Kaname, unabashed and unrelentingly.

Kaname was growing impatient with this little upstart. He was just so rude. A part of him wanted to silence him forever by tearing out his tongue, but he pushed the dark wish aside. You are so lucky you are Jinx's "son". "To the southwest of us. A circular mountain range surrounded a valley with a lake. Some are calling it the Spine." It didn't look like a spine to him, but if they were moving there they would have to change their name, and the Spine pack sounded rather cool.

"Yes, that bitch. I like to call her a whore after what she did." He wasn't friends with the scarred black she-wolf, but after she two-timed them all she was the lowest of the low to him. "His pack is full of fools, and after Erika moved to his pack some of them have deserted." The encounter with Ypres and her friend was testiment to Majesty's inept leadership skills.

Ira's brash actions was to be expected. But the reason was interesting. "A girlfriend you say? And kidnapped?" He did not know much of the Swiftcurrent wolves, but this was interesting. "And yes, I am satisfied now. How noble of you to care for your girlfriend enough to go rescue her, even if you did not succeed. But why didn't her own pack send out a rescue team?"

Since no one actually replied to the thread when he was investigating Bones I figured I'd leave his general knowledge beyond her being kidnapped vague. ^-^

While the information that Silvertip was moving was interesting to Ira he regarded the information with a simple nod of his head in acknowledgment giving no voice to his innermost thoughts. Kaname might have been Gamma of Silvertip but Ira didn’t trust anyone with that personal sort of information other than Jinx. If Jinx didn't appear he would circle back and explore this lands Kaname spoke of in hopes of running into her. “And you said she might be pregnant?” Ira cocked his head to the side, an avian like motion though the look in his eyes was anything but birdlike. It was a calculating look that stole across the Princeling’s facial features, his brow furrowed in concentration. “A fool and a whore breeding? That should never be allowed to happen; I almost feel sorry for those whelps. Perhaps someone should go put them out of their sure to be misery,” Ira knew of many poisons and wondered which of them he would desire to use. The poison to kill? Or the poison to maim? To make them ill. The children shouldn’t have needed to pay for the crimes of their parents but someone should be made to pay and it was a pitiful life Ira imagined their spawn would be living. “I could poison them. Or better yet I could just tear them from her womb.” Which ever Jinx wanted because Ira suspected his mother wanted retribution to the crimes committed against her, unknowing that he might very well be branded a traitor himself to no one’s fault but his own, despite that his loyalty to her had never wavered. He had a lapse in good judgment when he had taken off, painting himself as some sort of Prince Charming, to rescue Bones only to realize the cold hard truth that he had always known but suffocated until he had believed differently.

He was a prince of death and destruction not some knightly hero of a prince.

The distinction was flattering and unbecoming all at once.

“That is what I just got done saying, yes,” Ira spoke with heavy exasperation, wondering why it was necessary for Kaname to repeat what he had just spoken. “I’m not noble,” Ira corrected viciously, a knee-jerk reaction of having his wounded and bruised pride mocked despite that he had a odd feeling that Kaname wasn’t mocking him: that he had meant it. Nevertheless, it was safer to take it as a mock. Better that way. “Do you honestly think they would have told me if I had asked? I just assumed they didn’t care about her and left for Tortuga.” Ira hadn’t even bothered to ask because he knew that if the tables were reversed he would have never told anyone Silvertip’s business. He would rather die a thousand deaths than ever betray Jinx; though he was perhaps weary and fearful that his impulse might have came across as that to Jinx.

Kaname gazed curiously at Ira. "An aspiring assassin I see?" It is probably the only thing they had in common. "It would be easy to do either. Majesty's pack lives on an island. Once you cross the waters and climb onto their shore, your scent would be almost eliminated. You would smell just like them." He thought about crossing onto that island for a long time. Salt water masked scents perfectly, much better than streams did.

"I doubt they would have told you, but you could have scented a patrol on your way to this...Tortuga?" He hadn't heard of the place before, but it indeed sounded far. Especially if it had taken Ira this long to get back.

“Apprentice. I am an Assassin apprentice,” Ira corrected because the idea of being an aspiring anything meant that he wasn’t anywhere close to it. He hadn’t actually killed anyone yet, and his blood and poison covered bones on the borders did not hold enough poison to outright kill, only to make ill to varying degrees depending upon how much of the bone was chewed, or if the marrow was sucked from it. “The blood covered bones and talismans? Are my work. They are coated in poison. Not lethal enough to kill but enough to make one ill. To deter wolves from taking what is ours.” He had even came up with the idea mostly on his own but with helpful prodding from Jinx. When Kaname spoke of Majesty having claimed an Island the insolent Princeling let out a snort of laughter. “He claimed an island?” If a nasty storm came off the shore their whole lives could be potentially destroyed or drowned by the raised tide unless there was higher ground. “Poisoning her would be the easiest. She would put up a fight or call for her traitorous lover if they were ripped out. Of course they could always be aborted like …like sometimes happens.” That would guarantee the litter’s death. Personally, Ira liked the option that didn’t involve throwing himself into harm’s way given that he was suffering from a wound already.

“Even if they had their scent would have been gone, I was too late by about a good couple of weeks. I only knew the general direction of Tortuga from…well it doesn’t matter how I know it. The point is they were on me nearly as soon as I slipped into their borders and I had to retreat because I was outnumbered and their second attempt to kill me might have hit it’s mark.” He admitted begrudgingly.

The Gamma was realitively surprised when he heard that it was Ira who placed the talismans on the borders. He had assumed that it was Lecter's work - the old healer was fond of placing fetishes on enemy borders, why not have a defensive layer of their own on their borders? "You may need to renew them or add stronger poisons, they haven't been very effective in the southern borders..." he said, recalling the loner who caused Majesty's defection and his recent encounter with Ypres and the other Isle male.

"Yes, an island and a rather small one at best." When he was with Lecter and Sitri by the shores of Sequoia Coast, he spotted the Isle in the fog. It was close enough to be travelled to easily, but looked pitifully lacking in every which way. "There are also ways of giving the mother food poisoning at a certain time of her pregnancy and the children either miscarrying, being stillborn, or dying later on after birth. Listeria, I believe it is called." His mother enjoyed using that for killing off children, especially unborn. That way, it looked natural and no one would be the wiser.

The boy admitted resentfully that he was late in searching for his girlfriend. Kaname noted the genuine "Really, if she was kidnapped from her own pack, wolves who should have protected her, then there was small chance that you alone could do anything." He scolded the boy, hoping he would realize the mistake he made by going there alone of all things. "Perhaps, after you've healed, you could go back with wolves to accompany you this time."

It had been a while since he had made and placed them, Ira considered with a terse twitch of his lips in contemplation, the poison coating could have been diluted by the elements by now or simply wore off. Ira wasn’t adept enough to know how potent they remained after a stretch of time but it seemed, if nothing less, logical. “When I came up with the idea my intent was not to kill. They were crafted as warnings and if chewed or if the morrow is sucked they were meant to make ill, the degree of which depended upon what all was done with the bones.” Ira mused thoughtfully, strategical and dark mind working, his intense focus upon his thoughts might have painted the illusion of cogs working behind a transparent clock face. In the recesses of his mind they cranked and turned in perfect unison with one another as he considered upping the lethal dosage. “First, I must speak with my mother. Even if she cannot forgive me and does not want me back I will still place my protections on the borders to prove that I still lo — care.” Care, even was stronger than he had meant to speak, though better than outright admitting his love for Jinx. Love was a dangerous thing and how many times was his curse going to prove it’s point before Ira would finally accept it? Love was as deadly as the poisons he worked with.

“Listeria,” Ira repeated. “Does it carry a scent to it? It can’t be anything that would be a dead give away.” Ira didn’t know about anyone else but if something didn’t smell ‘normal’ to him he wasn’t about to stick it anywhere near his mouth. Of course, not everyone was paranoid adept with poisons like he was, however. “I know,” Ira hissed at him, gaze darkening when Kaname proceeded to patronize him. Ira didn’t like being patronized. “Don’t patronize me,” The teenager snapped with a fierce snort. “No,” Ira spoke firmly and brashly when Kaname suggested trying it again with a group of wolves. “No, I may have lost too much already.” When compared to reality he might have already lost Jinx, and if, by some small miracle, Ira hadn’t he could not say that Bones was worth losing Jinx because she wasn’t. Not on the logical spectrum of things. She was far out of his reach and he had tried once, and failed to rescue her. He had a wound and possibly a scar to remember his failure by. That was enough by Ira’s standards.

Oh actually listeria was the name of that type of food poisoning, but we could just say its the herb too. XD

The Gamma wasn't sure if he admired the work of the talismans more or less now. The person who placed it down was a careless, spoiled brat, but he was almost jealous that Ira had that kind of thought process at such a young age. He decided that it was a mix of both, leaning more towards his annoyance at the boy's pride. When Ira almost said love, Kaname chuckled a bit. He was still at that stage where he wanted to keep his emotions to himself to avoid announcing his weakness. Love was harmful to the user, but it could be helpful in some cases, as long as you were not blinded by it.

"It smells like grass, nothing bitter or sour. If you rubbed it on someone's kill, it wouldn't be alarming to anyone. I have found a few sprigs, but I would need to find more in order to get a dose that would harm a full grown wolf." Luckily the herb was in walking distance from the borders, so all he would have to do was go out one day and collect it himself. He would have to ask for (or steal) one of Tyrande's "pots" to hold them safely without getting sick himself.

"You are still a child, a teenager. It is your job for now to learn from your mistakes. I can patronize you all I want." he growled. "And fine, it is your choice whether you want to see your girlfriend again."

oh well, lol. :p also this seems like a good place to wrap this up soo last post for me. :-)

Ira had always been an highly intelligent child, boasting of his superior cognitive abilities until those around him brushed it off as nothing more than in his insolent and insufferable arrogance. Until it became nothing more than an liberal exaggeration despite that it his vaunt held certain truth to it. The youth’s eyes narrowed when the dark man chuckled at the catch when he had almost spoken of loving Jinx. Ira did, for what it was worth, love Jinx however because he saw of love as destruction he attempted to keep himself from saying it, afraid that, eventually, the curse would do worse to her than abort her unborn children the next time it struck. She had assured him it had not been his, or his by association, fault but the child still believed feverishly in his ‘curse’. Ira gave a grunt when Kaname spoke that it was not a dead ringer for it’s own potency (which would be a good thing) but beyond that had nothing to offer the man.

Ira let out an indignant snort when the man began to bark about how, apparently, age gave wolves who didn’t know him, who didn’t understand him or his life the supposed right to run around and patronize him. “Age doesn’t always equal wisdom, you know. Besides, you don’t know me. You don’t know the first thing about my life so I don’t understand where you get off thinking you have the right to patronize me,” And that was the end of it because Ira was done having this conversation. He was tired of it and he wasn’t in the mood to argue any more. “I’m leaving to find Jinx. If you happen to see her before me tell her I’m looking for her.” He simply stated it because it hadn’t been a question. With those words he turned and headed in the general direction Kaname had told him the Spine was in.

Last post~

In response to his points on Ira's youth, he got what he expected: a fierce retort. The boy claimed that age did not equal wisdom, and that was true. But despite Ira's strong intelligence, he still did not have wisdom. That was apparent from his sudden departure. Any wise person would not have run off like that.

The boy decided he had enough and went to go find his "mother" Jinx. Kaname snorted and let Ira go. He had enough of this little brat anyway. The Gamma turned and went back to the territory, towards his den. He needed a rest.
